Richard B. Jankovich

Richard (Rich) B. Jankovich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and human resources. He also brings expertise and leadership in governance, finance, and community building.

Rich currently leads recruitment and retention at Purple Wave, Inc., where he has developed innovative financing solutions. His banking career spans leadership roles in commercial lending, asset-based finance, and market development at Sunflower Bank, Commerce Bank, National City Bank, Wells Fargo, and First National Bank of Omaha.

Committed to public service, Rich serves as President of the Fort Riley–Central Kansas Chapter of the Association of the United States Army, Vice Chair of the City of Manhattan Municipal Audit Committee, and member of the Airport Advisory Board, as well as many volunteer leadership roles over the years.

Rich holds a BS from Kansas State University and an MBA from Central Missouri State University. He was an assistant coach for the 1984 NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball National Champions.

Rich and his wife Caroline, who also shares a commitment to community service, are parents of three children and four grandchildren.
