Kari Snick is an accomplished aviator, business leader, and executive coach who brings a deep sense of purpose to her role as a member of the LifeLine Pilots board of directors. As a commercially licensed, multi-engine, instrument-rated pilot, she combines her love of aviation and extensive leadership experience with the organization’s mission of providing free air transportation for those in need.
Kari is the founder of Kari Snick Consulting, partnering with executives and organizations to strengthen leadership, improve alignment, and accelerate performance. Before launching her consultancy, she spent more than a decade as a regional sales manager at Nature’s Way, overseeing sales strategy across 37 states. Her career also includes leadership and project management roles with AT&T Communications, Mitel Networks, and IBM/Siemens.
Kari holds a Bachelor of Arts in business management from North Central College and several advanced leadership and coaching certifications. She has been a licensed pilot since 2001.
