For more than four decades, LifeLine Pilots has provided free air transportation to people in need of medical care far from home.

Partnering with communities and organizations throughout our 10-state region (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin) helps expand awareness about free flights, reaching underserved populations, and ensuring that every individual knows this vital resource is available when they need it most.
