Andrew Warrington is an accomplished executive with a long-standing career in engineered manufacturing, environmental systems, and fluid technology. He has developed and led high-performing teams to drive successful organizational change.
As CEO of UCC Environmental, Andrew transformed a century-old family business into a global leader in environmental solutions. Under his leadership, he has also fostered a culture of excellence, collaboration, and social responsibility throughout the organization.
Andrew is actively involved in the community, serving on various boards and committees related to workforce development and philanthropy. He currently chairs the Illinois Workforce Innovation Board and serves as Finance Chair for the United Way of Lake County, Illinois.
He holds an MBA in Management and Finance from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), a Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Leeds Polytechnic (UK).
As an FAA instrument-rated pilot, Andrew understands firsthand the power of flight to connect people with care.
